Here’s another year-end list for 2019…

I’ve already covered what I believe to be the biggest brand marketing moments of 2019, with the biggest being the 50th Anniversary of Pride and all of the brands that supported it.

Now I’d like to list out my favorite blog posts of the year as well. I hope you liked at least a few of them too.

Here goes, in my own priority order:

10: “Naughty or Nice” from NAMI…Just this month, NAMI got us thinking about labels, rightfully so.

9: Dad 2.0 Summit “We Are The Norm!”…I love being a part of the Dad 2.0 group, proving that active fathers are now the norm. Thank you very much. And this Denny’s Dad video with his little son surely showed an inspirational dad in action.

8: Sephora “We Belong to Something Beautiful”…my favorite brand video of the year, hands down. Hands up!

7: Being Caught Up…there’s no such thing anymore.

6: Bipolar Disorder featured on “Modern Love”…When this hit show gave a real-world glimpse into life with Bipolar Disorder, I melted.

5: Understanding the Modern Workforce…This amazing conference from The PRCouncil opened my eyes for sure. An my ears.

4: A New Generation Gap?…The it-phrase of the moment ”OK Boomer” became a personal challenge for me.

3: Advice When Starting Your Career…This one question from a conference where I was speaking certainly hit home. And many shared the sentiment.

2: Acceptance Street…For World Pride, this famous street in NYC changed its name to promote true diversity, inclusion, individuality, and of course pride. At the same time, when the debate about rainbow washing emerged, I didn’t buy it. Instead, I buy it.

1: Soy Porque Somos…While traveling in Mexico, I received this sign from the universe. I’ll take it.

Happy New Year! May 2020 bring you all the health, happiness, and success you work so hard for!

What’s your experience? JIM
