We’ve seen brands kick in to support the coronavirus crisis every day. Be it to produce hand sanitizer, ventilators, or simply donate products/services. It’s been daily and it’s been really inspiring in these difficult times.

But crisis relief can come in many forms, and we’ve also seen brands simply send uplifting messages. We need that too. Like when Guinness released its video for St. Patrick’s Day.

Or like the image above from McDonald’s in Brazil. While the restaurants are still open, it’s only for drive-thru and delivery. Social distance. So to communicate that in a McDonald’s kind of way, the brand released a digital campaign showing their infamous arches separated. Social distance.

Love it.

Nike also released a social campaign over the weekend encouraging people to “play indoors.” The messaging also inspiring:

“Play inside, play for the world.”

Makes us feel better about the brands, and about ourselves in this crisis. Just a tiny bit of much needed relief.
