PROOF Ice Cream

I’m sure that there was an insight that drove the creation of PROOF Ice Cream … people pour alcohol over their ice cream for a delicious dessert combo. Got it. So why not actually blend the alcohol into the ice cream for a fully immersed flavor experience. Enter PROOF Ice Cream.

BTW, I love the name! I’m sure you’re wondering the proof … about 7% which they say is roughly the same as a craft beer.

It’s a Southeast US regional brand and it comes in both year-round and seasonal flavors so it may be a little hard to find. But you can also get it shipped via the brand’s High Proof Ice Cream Club!

It’s a great concept, founded by two entrepreneurs.
