Baskin Robbins Has a New Logo

Generally when a brand changes its logo, there’s a lot of buzz and a lot of consumer commentary. This new look from Baskin Robbins kind of flew under the radar, at least to my eye. Perhaps it's due to pandemic and overall world crisis fatigue.

I do think it’s quite snappy. Many have said the new logo (to the right above) looks more “grown up.” Perhaps. I do like the play on the brand’s equity of 31 flavors. Should always make the most of what you own! And it does feel higher quality.

In addition to the new logo, the brand also has new swag available for sale. I’m sure fierce friends and followers will love it all, especially the bike! Gotta love a good bucket hat!

Baskin Robbins is a heritage brand at this point, so it is important to keep it fresh especially in a category like ice cream which is not only so competitive, indulgent, and let’s just say fun. Is this new logo fun enough? Does it make you feel differently about Baskin Robbins?
