“One More Question” from LALCEC in Argentina

LALCEC is a non-profit organization in Argentina who’s goal is to “eradicate cancer through prevention and early detection in the population through education, research, patient’s rights and diagnosis.” The organization is comprised of a network of volunteers which makes it especially impressive.

Speaking of impressive, this group recently launched a campaign called “One More Question” with a very simple premise … when journalists are interviewing male celebrity or sports stars, they ask one more question at the end of the session:

“Have you been screened for prostate cancer?”

Brilliant.

So simple, yet so compelling. Impossible to ignore. Coming from these highly influential people, how could it not impact a generation of men to go get screened?!? And that is exactly the point.

One simple message. One simple question. And hopefully a simple outcome … early detention and treatment for men who may not have thought about it otherwise. Impact!
