Grey Goose Hotel with Zoe Saldana

I’m loving this new campaign from vodka brand Grey Goose because it’s got all the right summer cultural vibes from the French and how they know how to holiday.
“Grey Goose Hotel” … not a real hotel but let’s say an attitudinal place where you just get away and vacay.
The campaign is a multi-content series featuring actress Zoe Saldana essentially showing Americans how to relax and enjoy a holiday .. as captured in the industry trade magazine “The Spirits Business:”
“The campaign focuses on ‘savouring moments of pleasure instead of obsessing over productivity’, or to ‘live as the French do’, following research that revealed many Americans feel too much pressure from work to enjoy their holidays.”
Here’s the intro film that sets up the campaign, showing how Zoe does not want the night to end (something that I can totally relate to, by the way). It’s called “Last-ish Call” …
Love the insight … you just want the fun to keep going, even if the night really should be ending and even though you know the next day is coming.
Here’s the next in the sequence of the series, “The Not So Dry Martini” where Zoe does not let anything get in the way of her fun. This film just came out this week …
Also love this insight … when you’re really enjoying the moment, you don’t want it to stop no matter the conditions.
Grey Goose has nailed it here. Fun. Summer. Enjoyment. Letting the “productivity” go. Bringing a little of the French attitude and lifestyle to the American vacation.
Well done. What’s your experience? JIM
