Brands Go Orange in Response to Taylor Swift’s Album Announcement #MusicMonday
Last week the world got a little surprise when Taylor Swift announced the release of her new album on her boyfriend’s podcast … and she broke a record in podcast listenership as a result.
But of course, this is Taylor Swift where her every move moves economies! In the announcement, Taylor also showed us that orange is her new signature color, coming right out of the Eras tour.
As a sign, I believe, that the world needs some positivity right now, brands the world over immediately responded to the news. Such a great way for these brands to connect with their audiences as they in turn celebrate as fans … shows a common bond. And also shows a little levity in a world that’s a little heavy right now, at a time when I believe people are asking for brands to be a little lighter.
